The Rev. Stacey Fussell joined us as our Rector on April 1, 2010. She is a graduated of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, and the Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, VA. Mother Stacey has been ordained 25 years and served as the Associate Rector and then interim at Trinity Episcopal Church in Baytown, TX, and as Vicar of the new church plant, St. Catherine of Sienna Episcopal Church in Missouri City, TX, before accepting the call to serve here in Bradford.
Mother Stacey’s passions include leading others to encounter Christ and deepen their relationship with him, encouraging ministry to and of children and youth, helping others to discover the joys of “doing theology” and worshiping in the richness and beauty of the Anglican tradition. She is the adoptive mother of 2 beautiful daughters (through Child Protective Service in TX) and the proud head of a household that includes her daughters, her mother and too many cats. She says that the Vicar of Dibley from the BBC series of the same name is her role model.
